As a Driver Growth & Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the charge in implementing driver recruitment and acquisition strategies to maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified drivers, optimizing the efficiency of our recruitment processes. Your role will be pivotal in generating leads, evaluating candidates, and coordinating the onboarding process, all while ensuring the operational readiness of our driver supply. This position demands strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to data accuracy, and the ability to efficiently manage recruitment workflows.
