Position: Full-time Independent Contractor
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and/or Bing Ads accounts for direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce brands, fostering sustainable growth.
- Design, enhance, and iteratively improve Performance Max (P-Max) campaigns to meet specific ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) objectives.
- Strategically plan and execute Demand Generation and YouTube campaigns aimed at enhancing upper- and mid-funnel customer acquisition.
- Monitor and optimize performance in relation to Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and ROAS benchmarks.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, and GA4 to assess attribution and campaign results.
- Transform performance data into actionable insights through advanced Excel or Google Sheets usage.
- Collaborate with creative, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and growth teams to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Create concise, insight-driven reports and data visualizations for various stakeholders.
- Conduct ongoing tests across audiences, creative assets, bidding strategies, and funnel designs to discover opportunities for incremental growth.
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of practical experience managing Google Ads for DTC eCommerce brands.
- Proven track record in successfully running and optimizing Performance Max (P-Max) campaigns.
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, and growth strategies focused on profitability.
- Experience in executing Demand Generation, YouTube, and comprehensive paid media campaigns.
- Familiarity with Northbeam, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, and/or GA4 is preferred.
- Proficient analytical skills with expertise in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
- Ability to interpret and visualize performance data effectively.
- A proactive mindset in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Desirable Skills:
- Prior experience with Bing Ads.
- History of managing high-budget DTC ad accounts (spending $50k+ per month).
- Exposure to CRO or landing page optimization techniques.
