We are on the lookout for Dutch language specialists who possess a deep understanding of Dutch grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics. In this role, you will critically assess advanced language models on topics such as verb conjugation, sentence structure, levels of formality, regional dialects, word order, and the subtleties of the Dutch writing systems. You'll meticulously document any failures to strengthen model reasoning.
On any given day, you will engage with the model on various language scenarios, verify factual accuracy and logical coherence, capture reproducible error traces, and recommend enhancements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
A formal degree is not a prerequisite for this role; we value real-world experience. Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or involvement in linguistic analysis projects will demonstrate your suitability. Effective communication skills—particularly in articulating your thought process—are essential.
