As a Sales Development Representative, your primary objective is to discover and qualify sales opportunities within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) while generating valuable meetings for the Partner Manager team. By executing organized outbound campaigns, you will engage potential advertisers, comprehend their business hurdles, and ignite their interest in advertising solutions, thereby paving the way for Partner Managers to present customized strategies and finalize deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed quarterly targets while achieving daily and weekly outreach goals in terms of volume and booked meetings.
- Oversee assigned SME accounts to pinpoint high-potential advertisers and arrange qualified meetings for the Partner Manager team.
- Conduct daily outbound calls and emails, including cold outreach to marketing decision-makers and business owners, fostering rapport and evaluating their advertising requirements.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business objectives, marketing challenges, and willingness to invest in digital advertising.
- Effectively communicate our client's value proposition to prospective SME clients, generating interest prior to the Partner Manager's presentation.
- Work closely with Partner Managers to ensure seamless transitions, sharing pertinent insights about the prospect's needs and objectives.
- Maintain precise and current prospect information in Salesforce, tracking leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and activities.
- Strive towards individual and team KPIs related to productivity, conversion rates, meetings booked, and pipeline growth.
- Document customer insights and deal specifics in Salesforce to ensure clarity for all involved parties.
