As an Account Executive, you will be the initial point of contact for potential clients, playing a vital role in establishing a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to cultivate qualified leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and finalize sales agreements.
- Research potential clients and customize communication to address their specific industry needs, challenges, and goals.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage your sales pipeline and maintain precise records.
- Achieve and surpass weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach volume, qualified leads, and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance messaging and boost conversion rates.
- Exhibit high energy, a positive attitude, and outstanding performance in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of demonstrable success in sales, with a solid comprehension of B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Proven success in lead generation and closing sales.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads and managing sales pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging and building rapport remotely.
- A proactive attitude and a growth-oriented mindset—enthusiastic about driving growth and scaling with the company.
