YOUR MISSION
As an Account Manager, you will cultivate and nurture key partnerships with major accounts in Kenya. This pivotal role blends business analytics with relationship management to drive long-term growth and profitability for both our partners and Glovo.
YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES:
- Understanding partners' objectives and challenges to provide insightful guidance and support.
- Utilizing data to enhance growth and profitability for both partners and Glovo.
- Defining and pursuing long-term strategies regarding growth, promotions, advertising, and operations.
- Enhancing Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and strategic asset sales.
- Collaborating with various internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet partners' unique needs, including Operations, Marketing, Corporate, and Customer Service.
