We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Account Manager to become a vital part of our Seoul office. In this role, you will focus on driving new business initiatives mainly within the Life Sciences sector while providing exceptional support to our existing clients. Your effective communication skills, reliability, and organizational abilities will be critical as you take ownership of your client accounts and seek to uncover new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, sales teams, and production colleagues across the globe.
- Respond to client inquiries for new projects, collaborating with internal teams to define project scopes and prepare cost estimates.
- Analyze competitive landscapes, craft project proposals, and negotiate budgets and timelines with clients.
- Track project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints while delivering high-quality results.
- Take initiative to understand clients’ industries, needs, and company cultures, thereby identifying new business avenues and enhancing service delivery.
- Expand existing business relationships and drive upselling opportunities within the TransPerfect service offerings.
- Implement innovative strategies to optimize new business development efforts.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction across delivery, quality, and support services.
