Join DSI Systems, a leading sales enablement organization, as we seek a driven and passionate Account Sales Manager (ASM) to enhance our rapidly expanding Exclusive Distribution Model (EDM) team. This pivotal role is essential in steering the sales performance of our client's products within the designated territory.
In your capacity as ASM, you will bridge the gap between training and sales, collaborating closely with our partners and management to represent our client effectively. Your responsibilities will include conducting formal classroom training, engaging in side-by-side selling, facilitating informal group training sessions, and igniting enthusiasm for both the sales process and the overarching opportunities available. Furthermore, you will assess opportunities and challenges while providing innovative solutions. Success will be gauged through improved sales metrics, robust relationship-building, timely reporting, and your overall contributions to the program.
