Scope of the Role
We are seeking a creative Designer who can bring clarity, consistency, and a powerful impact to our brand's visual identity. Your responsibilities will include creating eye-catching graphics and motion assets that effectively communicate product features—including stretch, durability, and quick-dry capabilities—while capturing the adventurous spirit of the brand. Your designs will be utilized across e-commerce, paid media, and social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft compelling graphics for e-commerce, paid advertisements, and social media platforms.
- Develop dynamic motion assets that emphasize product features and advantages.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure design aligns with campaign objectives.
- Transform product utility into engaging visual stories.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in graphic and motion design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma or similar design tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing work in the apparel, outdoor, or lifestyle sectors.
- Ability to blend ruggedness with style in visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of brand systems and maintaining consistency across channels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DTC brands or e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with performance-driven creative for paid media campaigns.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable collaborating with remote teams.
