We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager to become a vital part of our growing team. About the Role:
- Adopt a consultative sales methodology to guide clients on how our solutions can elevate their business presence in the market.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial cold outreach to scheduling and executing product demonstrations, culminating in successful sales closure.
- Leverage SalesOptimize’s innovative tools to generate personal sales leads, enabling you to dedicate time to strategic outreach and client acquisition.
- Achieve monthly revenue objectives as outlined by the CEO.
- Spend 95% of your time engaging with clients via phone and the remaining 5% at trade shows.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to secure major accounts.
- Represent SalesOptimize at various trade shows across Europe and the USA.
- Independently oversee a diverse pipeline of prospects using our CRM (Salesforce) to track and manage progress.
- Provide monthly sales forecasts and drive revenue to surpass targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in software sales targeting mid-market and corporate sectors.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by active listening and adept objection handling.
- A proven track record of excellence in sales performance and consistently achieving targets.
- Quick learner, data-oriented, and inquisitive.
- Experience in building trusted relationships with senior executives.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and ambition with a strong desire for career advancement.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to take on increasing responsibilities.
- Integrity and honesty in all professional dealings.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and efficiently managing time.
- Proficient in using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
- Commitment to teamwork with a passion for sales and a proactive attitude.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is essential.
