Your Role:
We are on the lookout for a bright, ambitious, and self-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive our hyper-growth phase. With our expanding global customer base, rapidly evolving products, and an unprecedentedly scaling sales engine, this is an exhilarating time to join our team.
As a BDR, you will be the initial contact for Paddle’s sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will include generating demand, initiating meaningful discussions, and building foundational relationships that translate into a robust pipeline for the Account Executive team. Key tasks involve researching, prospecting, prioritizing accounts, educating potential clients, and converting interest into high-quality meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
Rapidly acquire a comprehensive understanding of Paddle’s Ideal Customer Profile, primary use cases, and unique value propositions to identify optimal target companies.
Manage a healthy portfolio of high-fit accounts effectively.
Proactively engage prospects and showcase Paddle’s product offerings across various channels: LinkedIn, cold calling, email, video, and region-specific platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, WeChat).
Transform these valuable interactions into qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.
Collaborate with our marketing team to plan and execute both in-person and virtual events aimed at generating demand.
Utilize modern tools, including AI-driven workflows, to enhance efficiency, tailor outreach, and boost performance.
Organize and prioritize your workload to consistently achieve and exceed your goals.
