The Partnerships Team is seeking a top-notch Field Sales Representative with a background in roofing supply, manufacturing, or related industries. This individual will be instrumental in driving Roofr’s partner enablement initiatives for current and prospective supplier alliances throughout North America.
As a strong communicator with expertise in sales and account management, the ideal candidate will excel in prioritizing and executing key partnership enablement strategies, conducting product training and onboarding, and fostering long-term, sustainable relationships that generate new opportunities for Roofr’s revenue team.
The candidate will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, and other teams within the partnerships group to enhance Roofr’s relationships within the roofing supply sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing branch relationships and empower their sales representatives to explore new opportunities within your designated territory.
- Drive partner growth through engagement and enablement programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners on all matters related to Roofr and the products assigned to you.
- Deliver effective Roofr product training and onboarding support for new partners.
- Plan, forecast, and achieve monthly and quarterly departmental objectives and quotas.
- Lead engagement efforts by organizing and hosting timely and localized community events and meetings.
- Provide updates on Roofr products through in-person or virtual training sessions.
