We are in search of a passionate, growth-oriented, and highly driven Key Account Manager to join our vibrant team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with our key accounts, uncovering new opportunities, and propelling revenue growth.
This position is perfect for someone with a passion for travel, as it requires you to be on the road more than 50% of the time to engage with clients, participate in industry events, and fortify customer relationships. Your responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
- Actively identify and pursue growth opportunities within assigned accounts and new markets.
- Formulate and implement account strategies that align with company objectives and aim to exceed sales targets.
- Work in tandem with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to guarantee the smooth and timely delivery of client projects.
- Act as the primary liaison for key clients, ensuring their needs are met with outstanding service and communication.
- Evaluate client data, industry trends, and feedback to uncover opportunities for innovation and process enhancements.
- Represent item America at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Travel extensively (50% or more of the time) to meet clients and attend events.
