Dynamic Marketing & Business Development Executive

This role is designed to support the Founder directly in a key position within a boutique agency that collaborates with architects, contractors, and industrial firms throughout the UK.
After a period of strategic restructuring, the agency is now positioned for intelligent and sustainable growth. The Founder seeks a skilled professional to streamline marketing, client relationship management, and client-facing duties that are currently handled by various freelancers.
This opportunity is tailor-made for a self-motivated individual who excels in taking ownership of tasks, appreciates a diverse workload, and possesses both creative marketing skills and strong client communication abilities. You will significantly influence client campaigns, oversee proposal management, and assist in warm business development initiatives, all while upholding the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Oversee and implement social media strategies across client accounts.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns utilizing Mailchimp.
- Craft compelling, original content tailored to various target audiences (e.g., architects vs. industrial clients).
- Edit and enhance client marketing materials using Adobe InDesign.
- Create engaging visual content with Canva.
- Maintain a consistent voice across all client communications.
- Ensure all written content is human-generated and aligns with brand guidelines.
- Assist in campaign planning and execution.
Business Development & Administration (Secondary Focus)
- Administer and manage the HubSpot CRM (including migration support).
- Develop polished and professional proposals using Better Proposals.
- Conduct warm outreach calls (referrals only — no cold calling).
- Facilitate initial screening calls with prospective clients before transitioning to the Founder.
- Support general marketing administration and reporting tasks.
- Assist with diary management and pipeline tracking.
