Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing daily marketing operations and direct mail initiatives for various new home communities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the direction and messaging of marketing materials created by the divisional graphic artist.
- Coordinate Realtor activities and organize community events.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to generate innovative marketing strategies that attract potential homebuyers.
- Assist in evaluating marketing requirements and developing tailored marketing plans.
- Support special projects as necessary.
- Review and prioritize marketing projects, ensuring timely completion while guiding the graphic artist.
- Engage with new and existing media vendors, assessing processes that align with company goals, including vendor interviews and price quote analysis.
- Formulate effective media strategies and negotiate media contracts.
- Develop and assess marketing flowcharts and job lists.
- Manage media purchasing, track artwork traffic, and ensure successful ad delivery, including tracking tear sheets and reports.
- Monitor the marketing budget to ensure accuracy in monthly expenditures.
- Analyze traffic data from the internet and sales centers.
- Coordinate the setup of new model sales centers in collaboration with corporate and signage companies.
- Organize grand opening events for new models and communities, including catering and entertainment.
- Develop and implement grand opening marketing strategies.
- Act as a liaison between sales managers and vendors for the furnishing and decoration of model homes.
- Verify all marketing invoices for accuracy.
- Update and maintain community signage and sales center collateral.
- Manage sales subscriptions, dues, and awards with the Home Builders Association (HBA).
- Coordinate special events with the Ad Agency (e.g., HBA, Homearama, Bridalrama).
- Purchase promotional items and distribute them to the sales team for special occasions.
- Assist with additional projects as requested.
