Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship & Partnerships
Assist the Director of Marketing in creating and managing an effective sponsorship and events filing system.
Develop and maintain a database of potential sponsors, pinpointing targeted opportunities for specific events.
Lead negotiations with potential sponsors to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Prepare sponsorship proposals, negotiation correspondence, and appreciation letters.
Ensure that all sponsor branding aligns with contractual agreements.
Oversee and manage all materials provided by sponsors.
Events & Promotions
Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth execution of events and promotions.
Participate and support all hotel events and activations.
Capture high-quality photographs at internal events, banquets, conferences, and VIP visits.
Host media representatives, strategic partners, and key clients during property functions.
Media & Public Relations
Assist the Director in nurturing strong relationships with local, national, and international media (both print and digital).
Help secure extensive coverage for events and promotional campaigns.
Support the creation of promotional materials, gathering data and collateral as necessary.
