Position Overview:
We seek passionate and entrepreneurial individuals with innovative ideas to join our Accelerator team as Marketing Interns. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed business, brand, and category analyses to uncover trends and provide actionable insights for improving brand performance.
- Support social media and influencer management initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and core values.
- Assist in the planning, tracking, and execution of marketing programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global partners, legal, and shopper marketing, to drive brand objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
- Address ad hoc requests as required.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing (Junior/Senior) or pursuing an MBA.
- Availability for 40 hours during the Summer Semester, with potential for continuation thereafter.
- Previous internship experience in a marketing or sales role is required; experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment is preferred.
- Self-starter with demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills, excelling in collaborative environments.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles is highly desirable.
- Exceptional project management skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills are a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
The hourly pay range for this position is between $17 and $20.
