The Marketing Manager will spearhead comprehensive marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. This vital role emphasizes enhancing brand visibility, executing cohesive campaigns, overseeing field and digital marketing efforts, and ensuring a consistent brand presence at every customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Formulate and implement integrated marketing strategies spanning both digital and offline platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research, gather customer insights, and perform competitor analysis.
- Develop and manage monthly and quarterly marketing plans and calendars.
2. Online Marketing
- Design, execute, and enhance digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and others.
- Oversee social media activities on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Enhance website and e-commerce visibility (brand website, marketplaces).
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools and continuously improve ROI.
- Supervise digital content creation, including graphics, videos, blogs, and marketing materials.
3. Offline Marketing
- Plan and execute offline marketing strategies, including ATL/BTL activities.
- Manage print and branding materials such as brochures, posters, standees, and marketing collateral.
- Organize and support events, exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and retail activations.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners for printing, branding, and promotional activities.
- Develop in-store branding, merchandising, and product display strategies.
- Provide offline marketing assistance to sales and distribution teams.
4. Brand Management
- Strengthen and preserve brand identity across all online and offline touchpoints.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, photographers, and influencers.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual communication.
5. Product & Performance Marketing
- Establish strong product positioning and messaging based on in-depth product understanding.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and performance-focused campaigns.
- Track performance metrics and refine marketing expenditures for optimal ROI.
6. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team effectively.
- Delegate responsibilities, track progress, and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
