Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Office Manager to lead our team at Clarksone Eye Care in Hazlet, NJ. This pivotal role requires an individual with a keen business sense, dedicated to fostering a patient-centered environment while driving team performance towards ambitious goals. The ideal candidate will enhance our Total Patient Experience (TPE) by balancing retail success with the fulfillment of patients' medical needs. You will oversee all operations, including team support, merchandising, inventory management, training, and adherence to safety protocols. A licensed Office Manager will hold a State Optician’s License where applicable.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales and profitability of the office, ensuring effective implementation of Total Patient Experience (TPE).
- Build and nurture strong relationships with the doctors associated with the office, acting as a liaison between them and the office team.
- Maximize productivity through effective team training, scheduling, and office efficiency improvements.
- Conduct human resource functions, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Uphold corporate policies and procedures while supervising daily operations.
- Implement strategies to enhance the TPE, focusing on customer interactions, professionalism, and sales standards.
- Utilize sound judgment to drive revenue and EBITDA growth.
- Provide guidance on optical equipment, medical records management, insurance processes, and software use.
- Inspire and motivate team members through positive communication and support.
- Ensure the facility meets corporate standards for safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.
