Role Overview
As an Outbound Telemarketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client’s home and auto insurance sales through high-volume outbound calls and live transfer delivery. This structured, script-guided position is designed for professionals who excel in fast-paced environments and are adept at meeting clear performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling & Qualification
Conduct 400–500 outbound calls daily utilizing an auto-dialer.
Employ approved scripts to effectively qualify prospects for home and auto insurance.
Ensure qualified live transfers to licensed U.S.-based insurance agents.
Performance & Execution
Achieve or surpass monthly benchmarks for live transfers.
Maintain professionalism, energy, and consistency across high call volumes.
Accurately document call dispositions and adhere to established SOPs.
Process Adherence & Quality
Strictly follow scripts, call flows, and training protocols.
Communicate effectively with trainers and team leads about performance metrics and challenges.
