About This Outside Sales Role
Are you passionate about engaging with clients face-to-face, eager to win new business, and energized by the prospect of uncapped commission? At Hibu, you'll be empowered to take charge of your own protected territory, meet with local business owners, and drive impactful sales. This is a true hunter position that involves high activity and offers high rewards with no income ceiling.
Key Responsibilities
- Dominate your territory through proactive in-person prospecting.
- Utilize cold calling and door knocking to build a robust pipeline with small business owners.
- Conduct high-energy, needs-based consultations to identify real business challenges.
- Sell a comprehensive suite of digital marketing solutions, including:
- Websites
- SEM / PPC
- SEO
- Social Media Advertising
- Display Advertising
- Reviews & Reputation Management
- Deliver persuasive virtual and in-person presentations that lead to successful deals.
- Build a book of business that generates residual commissions month after month.
- Manage long-term client relationships with proactive account support.
- Utilize CRM tools to track your activities and maintain organization.
Qualifications
- A competitive spirit with a passion for hunting new opportunities.
- 1+ years of B2B, outside, or field sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong instincts for cold calling and prospecting.
- Confident communicator with exceptional presentation skills.
- Coachable, resilient, and motivated to exceed targets.
- Self-reliant and accountable for personal results.
