About the Role:
Become a vital part of Hibu as an Outside Sales Representative. In this role, you will oversee a dedicated territory, engaging with local business owners to forge impactful relationships and provide top-tier digital marketing solutions. This position is tailored for those with a hunter mentality, featuring a secured territory, limitless commission potential, and ongoing residuals to reward your sustained success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cold-call potential small business clients within your designated territory.
- Engage in daily travel within your area to conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners.
- Perform needs-based consultations and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Market a comprehensive suite of products, including:
- Web Development
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM / PPC)
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Advertising
- Display Advertising
- Reviews & Reputation Management
- Deliver compelling virtual and in-person sales presentations.
- Develop and nurture your own portfolio of clients, benefiting from recurring commissions.
- Maintain long-lasting client relationships through proactive account management.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and pipeline progress.
Candidate Profile:
- 1+ years of experience in B2B, outside, or field sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- A resilient, coachable, and goal-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in prospecting and cold-calling.
- Consultative selling approach.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a territory-based role.
