As a Project Manager at TAG, you will...
- Serve as the primary contact between TAG and your clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Create and manage comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, project plans, meeting notes, and budget trackers for projects typically up to $200k.
- Assist in project scoping by gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
- Oversee project execution from kickoff to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results within budget.
- Forecast and manage project resources in line with budgets, schedules, and team capacity.
- Monitor project health and proactively identify and escalate potential risks or blockers.
- Collaborate closely with design, strategy, development, and QA teams to maintain project alignment and momentum.
