As a pivotal link in our recruitment processes, you will collaborate closely with operational teams to translate staffing needs into a strategic recruiting approach. Your role will contribute to the development of a strong recruitment team by identifying the right talent and employing a data-driven methodology to enhance and optimize our hiring processes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection: Take ownership of the recruitment processes for staff roles and client advisors, from crafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires. Whether it's high-volume recruitment or pinpointing the perfect candidate, you will roll up your sleeves and make it happen.
- Central Point of Contact: Collaborate with business and operational teams to convert staffing requirements into targeted recruitment actions.
- Process Optimization: Constantly improve recruitment processes and implement best practices within the team.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze recruitment data and key metrics to measure and enhance the effectiveness of our hiring efforts.
- Onboarding: Actively contribute to refining the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated quickly and effectively.
- Employer Branding: Initiate campaigns to attract the right audiences to Change.
