We are seeking an energetic and experienced Restaurant Manager to become a key player in our Wynn Las Vegas team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, guarantee exceptional customer service, and lead our restaurant towards success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to health department standards and food safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to elevate the guest experience.
- Oversee inventory management and cost control to meet financial objectives.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create and update menu offerings.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Uphold and implement company policies and procedures.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to keep the team informed and motivated.
- Supervise and support a team of food and beverage personnel, including recruitment, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Train and monitor team members to uphold Wynn's service standards.
- Manage employee relations and human resources tasks while navigating the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).
- Perform additional duties as needed.
