Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging and safe exercise classes tailored to clients of all fitness levels.
- Stay up-to-date with all mandatory education certifications.
- Adhere to the instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
- Uphold the standards and expectations of Blue Moon Fitness.
- Showcase your knowledge of the Blue Moon Fitness brand and exemplify our mission statement.
- Address member inquiries or direct them to management as needed.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Follow all club policies and procedures, as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Meetings:
- Participate in monthly or weekly department meetings.
- Engage in employee training sessions.
