Your responsibilities as a Store Manager include:
- Overseeing the customer experience, inspiring your team to ensure that every customer leaves with an outstanding experience and tailored solutions for their hair and beauty needs.
- Driving sales performance by managing all store operations, focusing on budget adherence, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management.
- Ensuring the safety and security of customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintaining an inviting and visually appealing store environment.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Store Manager position, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience and at least 1 year in a sales management role.
- Demonstrated experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- A cosmetology license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A genuine passion for all aspects of hair and beauty!
Additional Information:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while using a ladder, with or without accommodation.
- May encounter fumes and odors occasionally.
This position may involve physical activities such as extended periods of standing and walking.
