- Passionately recruit, mentor, and lead your store team to ensure an exceptional guest experience aligned with our mission to inspire healthy, active lifestyles.
- Utilize key operational tools such as Profit and Loss Statements, Daily Business Reviews, and inventory management systems to drive operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers regarding inventory and shipments.
- Assess store environment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
- Oversee daily cash activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Uphold food safety standards within the store and ensure team compliance.
- Champion brand standards in line with our company vision.
- Maintain store cleanliness and appearance consistent with Smoothie King’s brand identity.
- Lead the rollout of company initiatives through strategic planning and motivating the team to meet operational goals.
- Develop local marketing strategies to support brand initiatives, including community outreach and special events.
- Acknowledge and celebrate individual and team achievements through creative recognition methods.
- Collaborate with Smoothie King professionals from Operations, Training, Human Resources, and Marketing to deliver the best smoothies and healthy retail products to your community.
