Responsibilities:
Talent Attraction:
- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to draw in and retain elite candidates.
- Foster and maintain relationships with both active and passive candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
Talent Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, career fairs, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct engaging interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage the complete talent acquisition process, including assisting with job offers and navigating salary and benefits negotiations for favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with team members to enhance talent acquisition processes and practices.
Market Research:
- Remain updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Promote the use of advanced technology tools for recruitment and establish a strong presence on social media platforms to attract top talent.
