About the job
Join Rockstar, a pioneering HR technology company that integrates human insight with cutting-edge GenAI to provide exceptional, adaptable, and efficient recruiting solutions tailored for smaller businesses. We empower organizations with fewer than 50 employees to discover top talent for under $2,000 per role (approximately 2-3% of the first-year salary). As we expand rapidly, we are in search of talented professionals to help establish a transformative employment infrastructure.
As a Talent Campaign Manager, you will take charge of recruiting campaigns, each consisting of a series of job requisitions. You will be instrumental in ensuring a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates who are prepared to advance to the phone screening or client introduction stages.
While AI handles many tasks, you will collaborate with a dedicated Talent Operations team member for daily operations like candidate communication, enabling you to focus on enhancing campaign performance and pipeline vitality. You will also work closely with an Account Lead, who serves as the primary contact for our clients.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily execution of recruiting campaigns, utilizing sourcing tools and analytics to monitor pipeline health and evaluate source performance.
- Proactively identify and rectify any sourcing gaps or deficiencies at the top of the funnel.
- Ensure a continuous influx of qualified and interested candidates ready for phone screenings or client introductions.
- Optimize LinkedIn searches to pinpoint high-quality outbound leads; select five “ideal” candidates per role for calibration.
- Initiate and manage outbound email campaigns to attract candidates, ensuring smooth operations throughout each campaign.
- Pre-screen unqualified candidates to save reviewer time and enhance funnel quality.
- Collaborate with a Talent Operations team member to execute candidate communications and other deliverables efficiently.
- Leverage GenAI tools to scale sourcing, screening, and communication efforts, stepping in manually as required.
- Partner with the Account Lead to align on client expectations, feedback, and campaign priorities.
- Provide structured feedback to enhance tooling, workflows, and the overall experience for clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, campaign/project management, or talent operations.
- Proven experience collaborating with small teams in the U.S. (strongly preferred), U.K., Canada, or Australia.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns or job requisitions simultaneously with precision.
