As the Technical Project Manager at indg, you will take charge of delivering innovative technology projects that are vital to our platform and tools. Your responsibilities will encompass enhancing Grip’s internal systems, pipelines, and workflows to be resilient, flexible, and prepared for the future, alongside managing bespoke development projects. This role requires you to lead requirements gathering, scoping, planning, and delivery management. As an engaged Project Manager, you'll not only oversee resources but actively contribute your expertise and insights. You will collaborate across teams, balancing technical needs with practical delivery to ensure our foundational infrastructure aligns with our creative and production ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver IT projects from inception to completion
Define and critically evaluate project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Ensure successful delivery, monitoring timelines and quality to guarantee we deliver top-notch IT solutions on schedule and per specifications.
Oversee projects from planning through execution: scoping, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and handover.
Engage actively in client communications, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders (internal and external) and serving as a bridge between technical and business aspects.
Collaborate with teams & stakeholders
Work in close partnership with internal teams - Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Delivery - to translate needs into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and progress updates.
