Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and skilled individual to join our team as a Territory Business Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales of our pharmaceutical products within your designated territory. Your responsibilities will include gathering vital market intelligence, performing prescription audits, and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. You will also handle inquiries from healthcare professionals, nurture customer relationships, and manage territory data with precision.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities by collecting information from stockists and chemists, and communicate findings to the Sales Business Manager (SBM) or Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
• Conduct Retail Chemist Prescription Audits (RCPA) to identify potential high-prescribers in your region, and provide a targeted list of doctors to the SBM/RSM for accurate sales forecasting.
• Participate in training programs and stay informed on the latest product literature.
• Collaborate with the SBM/RSM to obtain sales targets and promotional budget details.
• Strategically utilize allocated budgets to plan launch activities for doctors, camps, or Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions in your area.
• Deliver impactful sales presentations and pitches to physicians to enhance product visibility.
• Ensure timely submission of reimbursement bills to the SBM/RSM.
• Execute marketing strategies as directed by the Product Manager.
• Gather Point of Business (POB) information from chemists and coordinate with stockists for timely product delivery.
• Track and monitor sales of new products to achieve specified targets.
• Address inquiries from doctors about both new and existing products, and log these queries for review by the Infogini team.
• Utilize email communications from Infogini to resolve doctors' inquiries and bolster prescriptions per doctor.
• Maintain consistent interaction with healthcare professionals to understand their prescription habits.
• Relay prescription trend data to the SBM/RSM for strategic planning.
• Keep track of customer needs and provide feedback to the Area Sales Manager (ASM), SBM/RSM, or Head Office (HO).
• Compile lists of doctors for CME events and submit to SBM/RSM to strengthen relationships and loyalty among physicians.
• Regularly update and maintain data on doctor lists, route maps, and retail information.
