We are looking for a passionate professional with 1-3 years of experience specializing in end-to-end technical recruitment within the US market. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our sales and business development teams, ensuring that our recruitment strategies align with client requirements. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and possess a deep understanding of the connection between talent acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and shortlist qualified IT candidates using various platforms, including job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, and referrals.
- Conduct technical assessments and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle: from requirement gathering and sourcing to submission, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Work in tandem with the sales team to grasp client needs, project timelines, and specific role requirements.
- Align recruitment initiatives with business development objectives to meet project and staffing demands.
- Actively engage and onboard candidates on STEM OPT, CPT, and other visa categories for both internal and client needs.
- Maintain and update candidate databases using ATS/CRM systems.
- Negotiate compensation packages and finalize candidate offers in line with client budgets and expectations.
- Foster long-term relationships with consultants and clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about current hiring trends and advancements in the US IT sector.
