You will be integral in crafting detailed reports and insights that will inform your clients of their marketing performance and help them achieve their revenue goals.
The Account Manager will report directly to the Head of Account Managers and work in close collaboration with various departments to ensure the success of all marketing initiatives.
About the Role:
Your mission as an Account Manager is to nurture and grow relationships with your assigned clients, ensuring that our marketing solutions yield tangible results. You will innovate marketing strategies, monitor campaign performance, and maintain effective communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success.
You will lead a dynamic team of Copywriters, Designers, and Account Associates, overseeing the execution of campaigns, managing timelines, and ensuring all deliverables meet our high standards of quality.
General Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution and performance of client marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet predetermined goals.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, fostering open communication to drive productivity.
- Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including email and SMS campaigns, for approximately 40 unique campaigns per month.
- Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded through proactive management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to respond to client inquiries and requests efficiently.
- Drive improvements in email marketing results for clients through data-driven strategies.
