We are seeking a meticulous and organized professional who excels in spreadsheet management and data coordination within the e-commerce sector. The ideal candidate will showcase advanced Excel skills and the ability to manage product and order data effectively across various online platforms, demonstrating agility in responding to real-time tasks throughout the workday.
Key Responsibilities
Spreadsheet & Data Management
- Utilize spreadsheets to reconcile open orders between our internal ERP system and external online marketplaces.
- Keep detailed records by updating sheets that track new product launches, pricing changes, and inventory information.
- Analyze pricing discrepancies in spreadsheets to establish sale prices.
- Conduct thorough data entry, cleanup, and verification tasks.
E-Commerce Product Management
- Create and manage new product listings on Shopify, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, and attributes.
- Upload product data to partner marketplaces using spreadsheets or tailored templates as required.
- Execute various product updates in Shopify, including adjusting pricing, images, tags, categories, and metadata.
- Facilitate product synchronization from Shopify to TikTok Shop, resolving any synchronization issues that arise.
Order & Marketplace Support
- Verify and cross-check orders across different marketplaces to maintain accuracy.
- Update customer order addresses in Shopify as necessary.
- Monitor and manage product and order synchronization across e-commerce platforms, identifying any inconsistencies.
General Administrative Support
- Engage promptly with internal team communications during work hours as new tasks emerge.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and proactively address any issues as needed.
- Provide support for additional administrative and data-related tasks as assigned.
