Your Role and Responsibilities
- Client Implementation & Onboarding: Oversee the entire implementation process for new clients—from understanding their current store setup (platforms, marketplaces, couriers, ERPs) to configuring the necessary integrations within Base. You will be the key person ensuring a swift, accurate, and complete transition to the platform.
- Integration & Custom Scripting: Configure and adapt integrations between Base and client platforms (online stores, marketplaces, couriers, ERP, CRM). When necessary, utilize PHP or Python to customize data flows or create simple scripts to automate specific processes. This is not a full-time programming role but a technical-operational one.
- Platform Enhancement: Collaborate with international product teams to adapt and optimize the platform for the Romanian and Eastern European market. Provide on-ground feedback, test new functionalities, and help prioritize developments that matter to local merchants.
- Process Automation: Leverage existing integrations and the platform's APIs to eliminate manual processes and build automations that simplify tasks such as updating inventory, processing orders, and transmitting data to couriers, ERPs, or accounting. Essentially, you will transform complex workflows into automated and stable processes.
- Technical Consultation: Act as the technical partner for clients, guiding them in selecting and configuring the most suitable integrations for their businesses, explaining solutions clearly (in a non-technical manner), and ensuring they are used correctly and efficiently. You will blend commercial knowledge with technical expertise to deliver real value.
- Performance Optimization: Evaluate and enhance the performance of the platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our clients.
