Essential Skills and Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you will possess a blend of learning design proficiency, commercial acumen, and operational diligence, including:
- Robust instructional and learning design capabilities, with practical experience in creating digital learning content.
- Proficiency in using learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Canva, or similar.
- A comprehensive understanding of the sales process and the challenges faced by commercial teams.
- Experience managing learning management systems and enablement tools.
