As an Ecommerce Manager, you will collaborate closely with various departments including Marketing, Product, Technology, Finance, and Operations, transforming data and customer insights into actionable trading decisions that boost revenue and elevate customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities:
E-commerce Trading & Performance
● Take ownership of daily operations for our English-speaking e-commerce site(s).
● Spearhead the implementation of trading activities in partnership with international teams.
● Monitor, assess, and report on key performance metrics.
● Conduct competitive analysis across English-speaking markets.
Development & Project Coordination
● Manage e-commerce development projects from conception to implementation.
● Establish project requirements, set priorities, and outline timelines, ensuring that all deliverables are met on schedule.
● Facilitate and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure quality and minimize risks.
Stakeholder Management
● Provide senior stakeholders with insights and recommendations pertaining to platform performance and development priorities.
● Proactively communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders.
● Mentor and develop the e-commerce team, establishing clear objectives and performance expectations.
Operational Excellence
● Ensure that all website content, pricing, promotions, and product data are accurate and aligned with trading strategies.
● Identify and resolve issues that may impact trading performance or customer experience.
