Summary: We are on the lookout for a strategic, data-oriented, and commercially savvy eCommerce Marketing Manager to join our expanding digital team. Reporting directly to the Director of eCommerce Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of our eCommerce strategy, overseeing online sales performance, and fostering growth across all digital channels. The perfect fit for this role will possess robust leadership abilities paired with hands-on digital marketing expertise, adeptly managing an eCommerce Assistant to ensure operational excellence while prioritizing revenue growth, customer experience, and cross-functional collaboration. This position demands an individual who is exceptionally organized, results-driven, and capable of navigating both strategic and executional elements in a dynamic environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
eCommerce Strategy & Trading Calendar
- Take ownership of the eCommerce trading calendar, ensuring meticulous planning and execution of product launches, campaigns, and promotions aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Paid Media, CRM, Merchandising, Operations) to execute flawless go-to-market campaigns.
Revenue & Performance Management
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, and average order value (AOV).
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance performance, achieving revenue and profitability targets.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor the eCommerce Assistant, delegating operational tasks (purchase orders, vendor onboarding, reconciliations, quality assurance, reporting).
- Promote a high-performance culture by establishing clear priorities, ensuring timely execution, and supporting professional development.
Website Experience & Optimization
- Oversee onsite merchandising, promotional setups, and enhancements to the customer journey.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement UX improvements, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
