Key Responsibilities:
- Log productions in the Agency's eDiscovery Tracking System.
- Summarize cover letters that accompany productions, highlighting key details.
- Contact the producing party to obtain passwords for encrypted media when necessary.
- Assess cover letters for substantive information suitable for loading into Relativity.
- Conduct virus scans on productions off-network, employing various antivirus software and tools.
- Address issues identified during scans or reject non-compliant productions.
- Once cleared of viruses, transfer the production to the Agency's network.
- Adhere to specific protocols for handling diverse document types, including whistleblower documentation, RFPA materials, MOUs, international documents, BSA documents, audio files, transcripts, laptops, or paper documents.
- Evaluate productions to ascertain required processing and establish the appropriate protocol.
- Ensure the completeness of incoming data.
- For load-ready data, verify the presence of all components and communicate any discrepancies to the Litigation Support Specialist.
- Monitor incoming productions via email and the Agency's FTP site.
- Scan and OCR small quantities of paper documents in preparation for Relativity loading.
- Coordinate off-site scanning for larger paper production batches.
