About the Role
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and developing electronic boards and embedded systems (SoM) for UAVs, including Flight Controllers, Companion Computers, and Electronic Speed Controllers.
Key Responsibilities
- Embedded System Design: Architect and design the physical and electrical integration of complex systems utilizing processors, fast memory (DDR, Flash), and peripherals such as embedded computers, sensors, and video processing.
- Schematic and Routing Design: Create and develop electronic schematics, ensuring board placement and routing meet stringent design specifications while managing fast signal constraints.
- Physical Integration: Collaborate with the Mechanical Department to ensure seamless integration of the boards into the final product.
- Sensor Integration: Partner with the GNC (Guidance, Navigation, and Control) Department to ensure efficient sensor integration.
- Electromagnetic Compatibility: Tackle and resolve EMC challenges while maintaining signal integrity.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and rectify issues in electrical and electronic boards through effective troubleshooting methods.
- Testing and Validation: Execute testing, integration, and performance validation of electronic boards to ensure they meet operational and design requirements.
