Opportunity Overview:
Each project has unique tasks, including but not limited to:
- Creating rigorous electrical engineering challenges that reflect real-world professional practices.
- Assessing AI solutions for accuracy, underlying assumptions, and limitations.
- Verifying calculations or simulations using Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.
- Enhancing AI reasoning to comply with industry-standard logic.
- Implementing structured evaluation criteria for complex, multi-step problems.
What We Seek:
This role is ideal for electrical engineers experienced in Python, looking for part-time, non-permanent project opportunities. Ideal candidates will possess:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields such as Electronics, Microelectronics, Embedded Systems, or Power Systems.
- Over 3 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Proficient written English skills (C1/C2 level).
- Strong proficiency in Python for numerical validation.
- A stable internet connection.
Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEng, EUR ING, RPEQ) and experience in international or applied projects are advantageous.

Project Expectations:
Tasks for this project are estimated to demand approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed workload, applicable only while the project is active.
Compensation:
- Paid contributions, with rates up to $55/hour*.
- Fixed project rates or individual rates, depending on project specifics.
- Some projects may include incentive payments.
*Note: Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessments, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be available for highly specialized experts, while lower rates may apply during onboarding or non-core project phases. Payment details will be provided per project.
