```Duties:```
- Oversee daily operations of the Service Division, encompassing service calls, small-scale projects, and maintenance tasks.
- Organize and assign service technicians effectively to enhance productivity and response times.
- Assess and authorize service estimates, time & materials work, and pricing strategies.
- Take ownership of service revenue, gross margins, labor efficiency, and overall performance metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and hold service technicians accountable for adhering to safety, quality, and productivity benchmarks.
- Ensure all job documentation is accurate, invoicing is timely, and job closeouts are completed efficiently.
- Foster strong relationships with repeat customers, property managers, and general contractors.
- Implement safety policies and guarantee compliance with OSHA and NEC standards.
- Monitor and report key service performance indicators to company leadership.
```Qualifications:```
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial electrical work.
- Proven track record managing service technicians or field teams.
- Extensive knowledge of commercial electrical systems and troubleshooting methods.
- Demonstrated ability to manage labor resources, schedules, and job profitability.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
