Your Role
As an Electrician in our Production team, you will leverage your skills and expertise to fit and assemble electrical components into vehicle body structures. Your work will meet stringent quality, safety, and timeliness standards. Collaborating closely with Team Leaders, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and fellow operators, you will interpret build instructions and drawings, select and utilize appropriate tools and equipment, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and organized production space. Your pride in craftsmanship and commitment to achieving first-time quality will be paramount.
What We Seek
We are looking for a certified electrician with a solid safety mindset and experience in an electrical manufacturing or engineering setting. You should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, adept at following technical instructions, and confident in the safe use of tools and equipment. A proactive and conscientious approach, along with a strong commitment to quality, health & safety, and teamwork, is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level 3 Electrical qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent)
- Inspection & Testing certification
- Experience in automotive, vehicle assembly, or complex manufacturing environments
