ABOUT THE ROLE
We are on the lookout for an Email & CRM Coordinator who will be responsible for strategizing, crafting, optimizing, and analyzing email and SMS campaigns for our diverse clients within the Broadway, touring, and arts & culture sectors across the United States.
This position requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and a strategic approach to customer lifecycle management. You will oversee the full execution of campaigns, from audience segmentation and automation through to deployment and performance insights, ultimately aiding our clients in strengthening their audience relationships and achieving key performance metrics, particularly in ticket sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Email & SMS Strategy, Planning & Execution
- Manage the complete lifecycle of email and SMS campaigns, including strategy formulation, construction, quality assurance, deployment, optimization, and performance reporting.
- Develop and oversee campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Tessitura.
- Establish and maintain basic automated workflows (e.g., welcome messages, event reminders, re-engagement campaigns) while also having the capability to design more complex, branching workflows.
- Work collaboratively with Account Directors to convert client objectives into targeted, data-driven lifecycle strategies.
Creative Production & Technical Implementation
- Design and construct emails using HTML, drag-and-drop interfaces, and custom modules as necessary.
- Work closely with designers to ensure that creative assets are tailored for CRM platforms and aligned with campaign goals.
- Perform thorough quality assurance checks (links, rendering, deliverability) to guarantee impeccable campaign execution.
Audience Segmentation & Data Management
- Create distinct audience segments based on ticket purchasing behavior, demographic information, engagement levels, and custom CRM fields.
- Leverage CRM data to personalize messaging for enhanced relevance and conversion rates.
- Ensure that audience lists and segmentation logic are kept clean, accurate, and well-organized.
Performance Reporting & Insights
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics across email and SMS channels.
- Generate clear and actionable insights for client teams, emphasizing optimization opportunities, testing outcomes, and enhancements to the customer journey.
