About the Role
We are in search of a driven, creative, and inquisitive Email Marketing Coordinator to support various marketing initiatives across the Vetcove platform. In this role, you will assist in testing new ideas, crafting engaging content, and learning to optimize marketing programs that connect veterinarians and pet owners with Vetcove. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, experiment, and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead lifecycle marketing strategies throughout the customer journey, with an emphasis on e-commerce performance, covering acquisition, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase flows, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional messaging.
- Develop and refine audience segments to drive engagement, conversion, and revenue aligned with key performance indicators.
- Oversee the complete strategy and implementation of consumer e-commerce email and SMS campaigns, including template design/HTML, copywriting, asset management, quality assurance, and execution.
- Manage the email/SMS marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities, merchandising needs, demand forecasts, and cross-functional collaborations.
- Own the A/B testing strategy—design experiments, implement tests, analyze results, and convert findings into actionable improvements.
- Conduct tests on subject lines, messaging, calls-to-action, segmentation, customer cohorts, send-time optimization, and new features aimed at enhancing performance.
- Collaborate with design and copy teams to evolve creative direction, layouts, and overall messaging.
