The Team
This role is based in Kraków, Poland, and involves supporting local HR operations as well as managing offboarding, leave management, and employee lifecycle processes across multiple EMEA countries. You will work collaboratively with HR teams and stakeholders in a cross-country environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a specialist in HR-related matters, providing expert guidance on offboarding, leave management, and employee changes.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries via ticketing systems (e.g., Jira), ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain high accuracy in case resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate incoming queries, resolve most cases independently, and escalate complex matters to relevant teams.
- Contribute to payroll preparations and enhancements in HR processes, while documenting all HR procedures and updates.
