Position Overview
The Employee Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in crafting and implementing strategies that optimize every phase of the employee journey at Trail of Bits. This position encompasses the planning and execution of company-wide and team offsite events, fostering cultural initiatives, and ensuring that employees feel connected, supported, and engaged throughout their time with us.
As a fully remote organization with a globally distributed team, this role is essential for nurturing meaningful connections, promoting our collaborative culture, and curating unforgettable experiences that unite our workforce.
Your Contributions
- Offsite & Event Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of company and team offsite meetings, from conceptualization and goal-setting to logistics, vendor relations, budget management, and post-event evaluations. Collaborate with leadership to create impactful agendas that resonate with team objectives and company culture.
- Employee Lifecycle Engagement: Manage critical moments in the employee experience, from milestone celebrations and recognition programs to offboarding processes that leave a positive and lasting impression.
- Cultural Programs: Design and implement initiatives that reinforce Trail of Bits' distinct culture while supporting our core values of collaboration, innovation, and knowledge-sharing across a distributed workforce.
- Connection & Engagement: Develop opportunities for employees to connect and foster relationships through virtual events, team-building activities, wellness programs, and community engagement initiatives.
- People Operations Support: Assist with various people operations functions to enhance the overall employee experience.
