As the Compensation & Operations Coordinator/Team Lead, you will oversee the management of compensation and payroll-related processes throughout the Employee Lifecycle. This position is crucial for ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with local standards in employee data management and payroll information. Your responsibilities include leading the offboarding process, implementing the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), and collaborating with the Rewards Team during key compensation cycles. Additionally, you will actively participate in global projects and lead the operations team to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead and manage the PRE Payroll, Employee Lifecycle, and Offboarding team, cultivating a collaborative environment and optimizing performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Address and resolve complex issues escalated by the team.
- Ensure the accurate maintenance of compensation actions and payroll data within the employee lifecycle management system.
- Facilitate timely and accurate payroll data reporting to relevant Payroll teams in the region.
- Uphold quality assurance and accuracy of all data inputs in compliance with local regulations.
