Join Redwood Credit Union as an Employee Relations Generalist I, where you will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing our organizational culture. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional service, managing various human resources functions, and ensuring the smooth operation of employee lifecycle processes in alignment with Redwood Credit Union’s Mission, Vision, Values, and Service Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
• Facilitate ergonomic programs for all team members.
• Exercise discretion in handling sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Oversee full cycle onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain comprehensive filing and record-keeping systems, including employee files and benefits documentation.
• Manage internal and external departmental communications.
• Assist with NMLS processes, including reporting and registration maintenance.
• Update and manage content on RCUNet.
HRIS/Recordkeeping:
• Serve as a support administrator for HRIS and recordkeeping systems, ensuring data accuracy.
• Process employee lifecycle changes with appropriate authorization.
• Liaise between Employee Relations, Payroll, and IT for team member transitions.
Employee Relations:
• Promote positive employee relations and represent RCU values in all interactions.
• Address employee inquiries and concerns, facilitating resolution for smooth operations.
